Paying on your own is not a barrier
We don't ask for an insurance card before we see you. You walk in, give your details at the front desk and go in with the medical team. Before any extra test you're free to ask what it costs, so you decide with the number in front of you and leave with no surprises.
What you can take care of without insurance
- General and family medicine visits
- Blood tests and other lab work, with the sample collected right at the clinic
- Checkups for flu, sore throat, infections and other everyday complaints
- Physical exams for employment, school or a commercial driver's license (DOT)
- Vaccines
- Ongoing care for chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure or cholesterol

Looking after your health and your budget at once
- Don't sit on symptoms. A urinary infection or blood pressure that spikes costs less to handle in an office visit than once it lands you in the ER.
- Bundle what you need. If you're due for lab work, a vaccine and a physical, mention all of them in the same visit.
- Use the clinic's own lab. Having your sample drawn on site saves you a drive and a separate appointment somewhere else.
- Keep your results. Bringing earlier lab reports avoids repeating tests you don't need.
When the ER is the right place
A walk-in clinic handles problems that aren't life-threatening. Severe chest pain, struggling to breathe, a drooping face or an arm that suddenly goes weak, or bleeding that won't stop all mean calling 911, insured or not.
