Looking for a walk-in physical exam near you? At Clínica Hispana Nueva Salud La Porte we do physical exams for kids, teens and adults: for school, for sports, for work or simply as an annual checkup. Fast, in Spanish, with all the forms ready.

For school and sports

Meet school enrollment requirements and the evaluation to play sports safely. Bring your school or team form and we'll complete it during the visit.

Physical exam for adults and for work

If your employer requires a medical checkup or a fitness form, we complete it the same day. If your job also requires a drug test, see our alcohol and drug testing. Commercial drivers need the DOT physical exam, a separate certified exam.

Annual checkup with lab work

An annual physical is the simplest way to catch high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol or thyroid problems early. We can complete it with blood work and urine tests in our own lab, with fast results. Ask about our $99 complete general checkup.

Physical exams in La Porte, no appointment and no insurance
